    Malaki naman talaga talo sa financing. Bank/financial institutions lang panalo diyan.

    Kaya marami pumapatol kasi monthly lang and hindi isang bagsak.

    Ayaw ko lang patalo sa interest kaya I would rather get it cash.

    Kung hindi kaya, wag na lang muna bili.

    ya i know malaki ang kita ng financing company

    naaliw lang ako doon sa photo ng breakdown/computation

    di pa kasi ako nangutang pambili ng sasakyan

    i understand why other people do it but personally i would never borrow money to buy a depreciating asset

    doble talo eh

    nagbabayad ka ng interest at the same time yung asset na binili mo bumababa ang value

    that's just me ok?

    baka may mga mag violent reaction

    madami kami customer nagpapafinance pambili ng heavy machines (usually sa Orix Metro)

    the machines earn more money every month than the monthly amortization

    so basically the machines are paying for themselves (and making profit pa)

    unlike sa car, hindi yung car ang nag tatrabaho eh... ikaw ang nagtatrabaho

    anyway just thinking out loud

    That's true, yung mga wise sa pera will not purchase something using utang sa depreciating asset, parang pinukpok mo ng bato ulo mo.

    Gaya nung nabili ko na 2nd hand innova, inutang nya around 700 or 800, yung interest, umabot ng 200, then ibinenta nya sa akin ng 270 after 5 years, so yung benta ng sasakyan, fuel, maintenance and intereset lang halos na break even mo, kung break even pa nga lalabas.

    Gaya rin yan sa officemates ko, may housing loan program kami, karamihan yung talagang bahay lang pinapatayo nila, ako di pa ako nag avail kasi nagpatayo ako ng sarili ko, sabi ko lagi sa kanila for a housing loan with 4% interest and payable for 30 years, magpapatayo ako ng apartment type na bahay, hindi yung dreamhouse, at least kung makapagawa ako ng 3 doors, yung dalawa pwede ko ng panghulog.
