August 12th, 2011 12:32 AM #1381plan ko din paayos ang mga power windows or yung rubbers na dinadaanan ng glass kasi medyo mabagal na din ito, and alarm for keyless entry. other things that needs to be checked are the suspension and shocks that i guess are worn out, and horn replacement that i find as "paos", is there a stebel magnum for a 96 glxi?

newbie here po..noob din pagdating sa car although yung present car ko ngayon is my 4th na..glxi 93 model po.. my 1st 3 are all toyotas, meju madali magsawa kaya labas parang buy and sell ako though the price is just same kung magkanu ko nabili same din pagbenta ko..puro manual kasi yung mga nauna and i always dream of having an all power car, and here i got TK, hopefully ito na talaga at hindi na muna magpalit pa. tnx po sa thread na to at madami ako natututunan..may problema din kasi itlog ko, as known to lancer, yung servo yata..basta tulad po ng iba dito, problem ko idling pag on ng AC..bagsak ang rpm at halos mamatayan na ng engine pag bago start. but once the engine heats up, yung idling is nasa 500-600 AC on and 1000 to 1100 naman pag AC off..
mga master, ang advise sakin is idle up daw..best solution na po kaya yan o pwede pa yun mga nabasa ko po na reset ECU? tnx in advance po sa mga makakapag bigay pa po ng 2nd opinion regarding this..oh by the way, my problema din po ako sa shifting, pag 3rd down to 2nd, minsan may sabit..may "grrrrggg" sound, at pag 2nd to 1st naman, madalas ang sabit..nashishift naman po sya ng smooth pag upshifting, at yung 5th to 3rd na down naman wala po problema..transmission fear na po ba may tama kay TK ko?o pwede makuha sa mga adjustments if there's any..
i will bookmark na this thread para lagi ako maupdate at makapulot ng maraming kaalaman..tnx po in advance..

August 15th, 2011 01:46 AM #1384mga sir, meron nga ba kayo recommended na gumagawa ng power windows ng 96 glxi? medyo kailangan na palitan ang goma ng side windows ko sa passenger side, nawawala na sa alignment at mabagal na ang pagtaas ng bintana ko.
and meron ba kayong kalampag specialist ng itlog lancer? medyo palitin na ang shocks ng lancer ko kaya naisip ko palitan na ito lahat. thank you sa inyo.

servo repair kit yan P950. consists of plastic moving parts na nasa throttle.
name ng store is shaw merchandising, accross Jose Rizal University.
yung ganyan ko hindi gumana kaya sa toyota idle-up nauwi ang lahat.
bypass na ang servo.
so far, more than two years na sa glxi namin, walang problema sa idling at takbuhan.

kay raymond sarol (taga-san juan city) ako nagpa-bypass ng servo.
heto kinopya ko na lang ang DIY servo bypass ng kasama ko sa mitsulancerph (si danesjr), para magka-idea kayo at sana makatulong sa inyo dito sa tsikot.
materials needed
1. Toyota-Denso idle-up auxillary air valve (part no.) 88691-17030, last time I asked this sells for 750 petot sa evang
2. 1/4" Fuel hose, mga 4 ft, 5 ft na bilhin nyo panigurado
3. 2pcs 1/4" T-pipes, ask around aircon repair shops, they usually have this in stock
4. zip ties
5. gauge 18 wire para sa line going to the aircon compressor
connect the lower hose to the T-Pipe tapping into the hose from the Valve Cover to the intake manifold

The Toyota Idle Air Valve mounted. connect the ground wire to body ground, tap the positive to the magnetic clutch activation wire(commonly a red Wire on the compressor) will post pics of the wire where i tapped this.

How to set Idle RPM.
1. With aircon OFF set the Base IDLE by turning the BISS screw on the manifold.
2. With Aircon ON turn the screw on the Toyota Idle Air Valve to get the desired RPM while aircon is ON.
