LANCER Itlog (93-96) Owners - Please Post Here!

mga kapwa etlogers, advise po..

if you're adding 1liter of oil in every 5k km, and approx 100ml of water in reservoir every day, emitting white smoke w/ unpleasant smell when running at high speed, what might be the problem of my betlog? compression test done w/ the ff result, 190/150/180/180, still nice values except for cylinder no.2 and as per mechanic, its the piston ring that need to be replaced/checked. this means total overhaul.. no money for it.. also, as per mechanic, as of now, its ok because as per results of compression test. any suggestion?? should i go for top overhaul muna?

Problema ko....1997 daw po ito. e hangang 1996 lang ang itlog sa pagkakaintindi ko. Ok lang po ba ito? lugi po ba ako at ano pang datag kong i-consider sa pagbili ng itlog natin?

good day mag itlog owners..newbie ako rito..i have a lancer el 1996 model..di pa cya power windows...may binebenta ba na door panel like the glxi para maconvert ko nang power window?may problema rin ako regarding sa front wheel...pag nag accelerate, may tumotunog sa front...minsan din lumiliko ako...ano po ba problem na ganito...do i have to change my axle assembly or yung drive shaft lang...pakitulong naman at least i have an idea para mapashop ko...meron din akong isa pang problem, pagstart sa engine ipapaktbo ko agad parang hindi nakakapick up, kelangan pang painitin yung makina para ma ok na takbo..parang naiipit yung throttle niya....salamat po at may thread dito for lancer itlog...

update june 22. nakuha ko na yung lancer itlog ko sa service center ng mitsu otis, pina diagnose ko kung ano talaga sira. ang findings need daw overhaul ang transmision. 60k to 70k daw aabutin. pero i have no plans na ipagawa sa kanila. kinausap ko yung nag diagnose, sabi nya maari nga sa computer box ng matic trany ko yung sira kaya naka highspeed lagi pag naka drive.. then siguro pa overhaul ko sa kakilala kong mekaniko yung matic tranny para makatipid. and i was thinking na mas maganda siguro kung hanap na lang ako ng manual tranny para diko na kailangan ng computer box ng trany and baka mas mura ang manual. merong na bang nakapag convert dito ng matic to manual? magkano kaya inabot? anu kaya magandang solution

regarding sa servo.. idling as of now 800 pag naka aircon, pag cutoff ng aircon nasa 1200.. sabi sa mitsu service center. baka daw dun sa sensor ng servo. meron palang sensor yun?

Nakuha ko na yung itlog ko!!!!!!! Ang lakas humatak....kaya lang mababa ang minor. kaya papa-adjust ko pa sa mekaniko. weeeeeeee

good pm, mga kaitlogers ask ko lang sana kse yun tito ng gf ko merong mitsubishi mirage 1995 model right hand drive sa garage pero na stock na kse di nagamit dahil right hand drive. Here is the story, galing po sya sa ibang bansa binili half cut po tapos d2 na binuo ang problema di naman nabuo gang sa nastock na lang ang plan is ibenta sa junk shop eh interesado lang po kse ako sa engine kung magfit sa 1996 lancer EL ko po ...di ko alam engine type pero nabasa ko lang po sa engine cover is DOHC 16 valve i think surplus yun .. ok po kaya yun newbie! tnx more power sa mga kaitlogers natin...

Bro regarding sa front wheel mo,malamang CV joint ang problema nyan, lalu na pag mag U-turn ka lumalagatok.... sa cold engine acceleration problem mo palagay ko normal lang yan,mag mula kasi nagkaroon ng ethanol ang gas natin medyo naramdaman ko din yan sa GLi ko, lalu na yung EL mo, carb pa kasi yan.Check mo previous pages ng thread na ito regarding carbs and ethanol parang hindi ata hiyang ang carb sa ethanol.
