    ei guys ano gamit nyong wax? kasi tag ulan na need ng protection ng lancer natin....nagkamali nga ako...dapat pala nung paglabas ng casa dapat winax ko na...

    Compared sa 1.3, ang 1.6 ay kahit puno o kahit walang laman, matipid. Ang 1.3 nahihirapan na pag loaded. Minsan nga parang pakiramdam ko eh built ito for long distance sessions, mas matipid sya pag ganun eh (maybe due to the 6th gear).

    Korek din na ang 4G18 ay lumang klase na.

    But here's something to be proud of: The 4G1 engine series has been used in lancers from the very start, and ours is the 8th resurrection, hence 4G1-8. There must be something in the engine design that allowed it to be improved for 8 times.

    (I could be wrong, pero yan naalala ko sa mga binasa ko. Pasensya na sa daldal, sharing lang hehe).

    by the book sir, tingin ko, the -whichever comes first- rule will apply. So kung bihira ka gumamit, mauuna ang years. tama lang yung every 5k kms every 10 months. Wala naman siguro ma-void na warranty

    to quote myself... ibig ko sabihin, at your rate, mauuna ang 3 years kesa 100,000 kms limit. Pero may yearly checkup pa alam ko eh, regardless kung ano ang mileage mo.

    just got my 2010 lancer gls yesterday... got it from union motor paco... any idea what coolant should i buy?

    Congrats!

    You don't have to worry about that yet since it's very new. Halos hindi yan kumakain ng coolant sa ngayon. Every PMS mo, mag-top up yung casa nyan.

    But if you really have to, any coolant would do in my opinion. (prestone?).
