Anyone here nakapagpalit na ng shocks? I'm planning to replace my shock absorbers but have no idea kung anong brand at magkano yung mga aftermarket shocks? Medyo budget meal lang kasi I plan to sell it very soon.
Thanks

May 29th, 2016 09:37 AM #2008it would depend on what actually is leaking.
if it is just the feeder tube from the reservoir, it's an easy and cheap fix even you can do, should you be willing to dirty your hands.
but if it involves the PS assembly...
my guess is, your casa quoted you the cost of casa replacement of the assembly. in my experience, casas don't do repair.. they replace.. partly to avoid backjobs.
years ago, i had my (non-mitsu) car's leaking PS fixed outside the casa. it cost me less than 17K, all in. the most expensive part was the PS hose. i opted for japan-made and not local kasi.
if you are lucky, perhaps your leak is caused by that hose only...
good luck.Last edited by dr. d; May 29th, 2016 at 09:40 AM.
