to all the prospective buyers: you can get an additional discount of 5k from Diamond motors(Edsa or VV). The new cost for cash purchases is 633k. Unless you were given a better deal, do let me know. As i am still choosing between the lancer and mazda2 1.5 sedan m/t (manager discount 680k)

Congratulations on your new ride bro!!!!! You can never go wrong with the classic black. Do plan on changing your mags and wheels, if so what size(specs)?

*donz_dc86. Didn't notice anything like that on mine. When my car was new, I regularly put my car in Neutral cruising at 60, 80 or even 100 kph, then to Drive again. Nanggaling sa M/T car. But anyways, don't do it pag di ka marunong/sanay. :D

*harold13 Di talaga pwedeng hataw pag tipid ka. Hataw = hard accelerations on stop and go traffic. Pwedeng mabilis ang driving, pero maintain that speed. Ex. Highways. Yan tipid jan ang Lancer. I also notice that I can seat 4 people at the back comfortably on short drives in my Lancer compared my office mates 2009 Altis...

*litesphere Can't compare the prices of current Lancer (690k++) vs Altis (800k++) vs Civic (850k ++) w/ their interior gadgets. Bang for the buck yun Lancer. :D.
Syempre, mas marami talaga yun gadgets ng mas mahal na kotse.
For the current Lancers, pioneer pa ba stereo nila? Yun pa lng. Talo na sounds ng iba. Hehe.

I agree on the rust coating. 6 years na kotse ko. No rust. Walang rust proofing to since binili namin.

Mga sirs and madam magandang araw.. just got my lancer glx last saturday and im so excited on using her.. ask ko lang kung nung bago ung mga oto nio may naririnig ba kayo tunog sa mei ilalim while nearing a complete stop or when accelerating slowly? parang may kalawang na bakal ung tunog.. and pwede ko ba ipaback job ung kinabit nilang tint sakin na free? kase may mga bubbles chaka putol putol ung pagkakakabit.. TIA and more power!

Congrats on your new car! regarding dun sa tunog, wala ako napapansin na kakaiba. Possible na sa disc break yung naririnig mo which I think is normal. Sa tint naman, pwedeng pwede ibalik. didn't encounter such but pwede naman.
