sana nga ganon pero based sa actual experience ko lancer and adventure e once ginalaw ang oem at nagkabit ng accessories na gagalawin ang electrical e buong electrical void na warranty. lancer gsr 97 at adventure 2003 actual experience ko yan sa citimotors makati at union motors paco.

i suggest tawagan ng TS yung dealer nya and ask to clarify para maliwanag.

Just go to another dealer to get the work done. Don't bother calling the dealer. All they will say is VOID VOID VOID because they don't want to be accountable when you do a claim and you quote that you called ahead and talked to so and so and he said its ok.

If you want to modify your ride, go ahead and proceed at your own risk. Better to enjoy your car than preserve it for the next owner [so long as you do not do mods that compromise operational safety and reliability].

Or so long as you are confident enough to make a warranty claim in case something fails and you are positively sure its not because of your modification.

I dont think so. As long as the cause of the damage is not connected or related to the accessory you installed, warranty still applies. Example, you installed HID and the electric wiring from your stereo going to your main supply had short circuited and your car was burned, the warranty still apply. Another example, if the wirring from your main power going to your HID burned and damaged your car, warranty is voided.
Regardless of the writen provisions contrary to the above, the warrany still apply if the cause of damage is not because of your HID.

mga sir, ask ko lang, may problema kasi yung steering wheel ng montero gls se ko, bought it last june 2010, since then naka 2 palit na ko ng steering column assembly due to unusual sound when turning left or right,

ano kaya solution dun?

after driving marikina - moa, moa - marikina, may naririnig akong eeeeee when turning left or right... ano kaya problema ng steering ko? 2 beses na ko nag palit with the span of 6 months

Kung "eeee" sound, rack and pinion yan. Go to casa they should replace that.

Yung "thud" or knocking sound, yung ang sa steering column.

they keep on replacing my steering column, by the way, pang third time na papaltan yung steering column assembly ko next week, i should suggest to check the rack and pinion of the monty, thanks for answering sir,

nakakalungkot naman basahin yung mga bad experiences nyo sa MS considering mga brand new vehicles yan...

no, even though may issue yung unit ko,

it's all worth having a monty!
