At that time, I knew I was experiencing my worst for my SUV--- MY MONTY STALLED. Buti na lang di pa ko nakalabas sa Highway. So what I did was, I Turned off the ignition, then restarted the engine. Buti naman at nakauwi din ko. I was so disappointed with what happened.... Paano na lang kung nasa highway ako nun... Anyway, I am asking all of you for your advice on this matter, kasi definitely papa-check ko sa casa. Thanks a lot Guys!

It is short for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. The one that the mechanics in Diamond Valle Verde cleaned in my Monty is the EGR valve.

Hmm i've noticed that the wipers skip and the headlights are forming moist inside. The unit is just a week old and no modifications made.

Im not sure kung yun tinutukoy na turbo lag eh yun na-eexperience ko when pressing the accelerating pedal, parang hindi kaagad humahatak... medyo subtle lang naman then saka babatak na ng maayos yun sasakyan

Thats the stallinh effect. Bring it back for tune up.....

WRT the moist inside the headlights, the manual says it happens and isn't a sign of a problem. It did not come with any other explanation so I don't mind, but go figure

Yep that's what they are referring to here as turbo lag and you'll feel it kicking at 2K RPM. I don't mind either, feels nice on a straight road and strong on inclined.

UPDATE LANG PO SA STALLING!

What they said at the casa is "if the EGR and SCV is damaged, the micro switch indicator will light up on the dashboard"
In my case, the dashboard has no indication. What did is they tuned up the Small Injection Quantity Learning (SIQL).

IMHO, it implies the learning process of the cumputer to suit your driving character. Too much slow running can train the engine to feed small gas and run slow to balance efficiency of gas consumption. So after a slow run (too much iddling and traffic), and you suddenly sprint fast, the engine computer cant respond immediately.
