Can you post their diagnosis on why your ride was stalling? Is it the SCV?

Just had my first 1000kms PMS done at Citimotors Makati.

Nung unang check ko ok naman lahat. Then nung papark na ako sa bahay, yung rear sensors ko ngongo na! then napansin ko merong dumi sa panel sa may seatbelt (handprint ng grasa) naisip ko bigla doon nakalagay yung speaker ng rear sensors.... I don't want to assume pero medyo napaparanoid ako, naisip ko baka kinahoy yung matino kong rear sensor to a defective one while they were doing the service. Di ko kasi nabantayan yun dahil I have to go to the office. Anyone experienced na nangongo yung rear sensors? Maybe I can do something about it and to disprove na din yung theory ko. Thanks!

pati yung plastic lever handle ng driver seat saka sa center console puro kayod ang lalim, parang binaklas yung driver seat..ang baboy nila magtrabaho kundi lang sa warranty hindi na ako magpapaservice sa casa...

ano saktong naririnig niyo? saan banda? sa dulo ng steering column ba?may tumutunog na kasi sa akin pag lumiliko na may konting lubak mag "tok tok tok" pero mahina pa lang... parang sa ilalim ng body galing ang tunog..

I'm very new here, this is my second post as i mistakenly posted my issue on the MS page hehe.. my bad

Just wondering po if someone has also encountered the same problem as mine: I currently own a 2009 2.5 4x4mt GLS (bought last nov). I'm just curious if a slight thud every time I shift between the lower gears (usually between 1st to 3rd). Is it normal?

Same observation here. Yun parang delayed reaction ng gears, idagdag pa natin yun (2nd gear) kahit nakareleased na yun paa mo sa clutch ay biglang kakadyot (pasensya na sa word). Mali kaya ang driving habit ko o normal lang ito?

Ask ko lang, kanina nag pa car wash ako at usual nag alarm yun unit kada bubuksan yun door. Hindi ko lang alam kung may koneksyon yun 3X pag alarmed sa non-function ng remote sa steering wheel. Check ko naman lahat ng signals and light at gumagana sila. Baka pwede nyo ako tulungan at ng hindi na ako pumunta sa casa kung minor lang ito. Thanks po.

Regarding sa alarm, I suggest na you put it "valet mode" by placing the key in the "on" position then press button na umiilaw pag activated ang alarm. You should see a steady blue light. Ibig sabihin nun valet mode na alarm mo then after the carwash on mo ulit using the same procedure.

Sa remote naman sa steering wheel, dapat di sya connected sa alarm. Malamang iba yung cause nya.

Hi guys!! Mukhang nawala yung amoy usok sa cabin. What i did is to tighten the rubber stopper of the rear door. This, in effect, will tighten the door rubber moulding..

Here are mine:
1. When you start the engine, you feel (more often than not) a thud as if the engine hits the chasis or the body.
2. When running with auto, the auto upshift gear is felt by a dragging feeling as if "nabitin" ang shift. Note, it is not the downshif (which is normal). but i do understand that the auto transmission will downshift if you push the accelator pedal down. I recommmned you to use the sportronic manual shift for GLS SE.
3. The engine is too noisy at 1500 rpm.
4. Do not put the standard rear spoiler. It will only create an acumulation of dirt on the rear mirror/window

my mom's montero GLS SE which was bought in Sept 2008 is having the same problems. aside from the it's airconditioning unit had to be replaces during its 7th month. and then on its 1st year they had to replace the suction valve. now since the prob still persists, they say that the comp is the prob. it has only ran 11,000 kms and does not go on long travels. we've already written mitsubishi for a replacement but it seems like they only want to replace it with a GLS. what happened with your problems. i'm very interested to know. pls help....
