    How would you know that the oil put by casa in your vehicle is synthetic or not? Especially customer is not allowed to watch how the casa changed the oil of your vehicle.

    If it is Toyota brand FS oil, then it should be FS not semi FS. Check the label.

    You have no way to distinguish bro.

    Check your invoice/receipt- they should check/integrate with their inventory count (internal control of casa)

    Well we can't really verify it..we just have to trust or believe on them.

    But if you are really determined on verifying it the only way is to have your OIL analyzed, which is not practicable.
