Hmmm. basta maghanap ka ng parang 'tin can' with a rod going down which is attached to the turbo. What you will want to do is fit the washers under the mounting plate so as to lift the 'tin can'.

antayin mo, gagawa ako ng ganitong thread for the 4m40. similar in principle.

sir pk... i think i saw the can... hehe.. but ndi ko alam kung saan ko ilalagay yung washers... hehe.. sabi nyo pair diba? 4 pairs? hehe.. nalito ako..
btw sir pk.. sa alam ko wala ka po boost controller ba yun? iniisip ko lang.. baka medyo iba yung sa 4m40.. hiram ka po kaya muna boost controller or pa try mo muna sa may boost controller.. baka lang kasi masobrahan ng boost..

sir otep and to other tsikoteers who still have thier 4d56 powered rides.. pahinge naman po ng pics on how to do the mods.. where to put washer? and tips po

noteworthy, yup yun nga yung screws.

Ac, yung turnilyo na nagkakabit sa can sa intake manifold ang kelangan mo baklasin. tapos angatin mo. Isaksak ang washer sa ilalim, Tuhugin ng turnilyo ang washers and reassemble.

Kunan mo ng pic yung can. ituturo ko kung saan dapat ang alin

hehe.. sir frt.. 4d56 ka po? ill post pics pag nakabili nako ng bolts and washers.. hehe close hardwares eh.. hehe

according sa pagkakaintindi ko.. wastegate releases extra pressure at 8psi... but but adding washers... wastegate will release at 12psi so tataas boost... but.. liliit factor of safety ng engine mo sa pagkasira.. hehe

GInawa ko na kanina 3 washers each! I didnt change the bolt...ok lang ba? Kaya pa eh

frt, its safer if you change the bolt.

What were actually doing is delaying the operation of the wastegate. the wastegate blows off excess boost. Therefore, by delaying its operation, were extending the boost and the time we have boost.
