    agree with this. that's what i told my SA. i'll give the d/p pag available na ang unit. btw, 3rd party bank financing ako. what i did is i spoke to the bank manager to arrange it for me. dun kami sa dealer na may sure na unit. mas less hassle if silang dalawa na lang mag-usap.

    regarding sa practice nila na priority ang in-house financing, i find nothing wrong with that. it's business. kung ako may-ari ng dealership, syempre i-prioritize ko kung saan ako mas kikita. kahit naman kayo i'm sure, all else being equal, dun kayo sa siguradong mas kikita kayo. kahit naman sa trabaho e. say all other factors being equal, would you work for a company which will offer you lesser pay?

    Yup Bro, ganun na nga ang mas nararapat para hindi ma-disappoint. Meron naman kalapit bayan kung wala yung unit sa Manila, kailangan lang mapagpasensya at matiyaga.

    May time kasi rin sa Montero na pila ka talaga, sa dami ng nakapila e hindi maibigay ng SA ang date ng availability. Isama mo na ang red tape, palakasan, padulasan...etc

    Either hanap ka na lang ng ibang unit, color na available or worse accept the consequences kung kailan mai-delover yung unit.

    imho... its unfair para sa nauna pumila... dahil kotse ang benta ng dealer.. hindi financing.. naging walang kwenta ang pila and naging parang bidding ang nangyari pag.. naka pila tayo tapos dahil.. mas malaki kikitain sa isang bagong pila.. siya na mauuna.. naturally.. say... ang pangako saakin 1month.. and may few customers na ok lang to pay more for inhouse stuff.. magiging 3 months ang pila.. yes.. they can do that.. but i frown upon it...

    specially yung overpricing plus plus na nangyari sa fortuner days.. na plus 100k plus leather seats etc etc.. i have even heard na some paid 200k... to get their units right away...

    thats like bidding.. its like going to the market.. bili ka itlog... and 10 eggs left... and sabihin ng grocery... we will have to raise prices dahil.. konti nalang itlog.. sino willing pay 10pesos each can get them... hehe

    in our line of business.. who orders 1st gets item 1st and we wont raise price dahil.. it is in demand... imho...

    if may supplier ako na ganyan... yung nagtataas ng presyo kahit.. di kailangan dahil konti supply.. pag time na na madami supply.... i wouldnt buy from them.. if may makukunan namang iba..
