mas stable nga, pero hindi sya makakaliko ng mabuti. wala kasing katulad sa mga sasakyan na steering. but if you could put one, it would also add unnecessary weight.

May 6th, 2004 01:09 AM #32Sir Ungas,
Katulad nga po nung mga ginagamit sa race horse. live stocks nga po ang ilalagay, Mga 800 to 850 kg sya.. Wala ba talagang gumagawa sa atin ng mga ganitong klaseng trailer?
Thanks again for the responses.

Meron po, marami akong nakikitang gumagawa ng 2 wheeled trailer sa may Rizal Ave. papuntang Caloocan. May mga gumagawa ng trailer for water tanks dun and I'm sure kaya nila gawin din.
Cheaper option is go to an ordinary welding shop and have your drawings ready. Just make sure their welder knows what he is doing. Kung hindi lang malayo province namin sa Manila kayang-kaya nung welder namin, kaso babyahe pa ng 6 hours just to get there, ginagawa nga pala rin yung bodega, kaya medyo magulo pa mga raw materials.

Just to add, you must have braked trailers to pull livestock. Yung mga ginagamit sa race horse wala, kaya saksakan sila ng bagal, they even run the expressways at below the required speed. Around 30-40km/h lang.

May 6th, 2004 03:13 PM #35according to a website i visited, single axle is good until 3500 pounds and anything above that, dapat double na. so that is roughly 1.5 metric tons.
magsingle ka na lang siguro, easier to build.
ako naman, i measured a multicab last night, shoot na shoot and bed nya, 1.32 meters wide. mukhang ito na nga talaga ang gagamitin ko.

May 6th, 2004 04:08 PM #36Thanks Sir Andy, Sir Ungas,
Mukhang I will go for the single wheel na lang. Ikakabit ko sya sa Isuzu elf na 10 ftr. Sya nga pala, nasa Cabanatuan yung farm ko.
Sir Andy,
Ano yung dimension nung plano mong trailer? Mga magkano kaya magagastos dito?
Salamat ulit sa Info...

May 6th, 2004 04:58 PM #37yung sa akin, 1.3++ x 1.8++ meters. parang 4 x 6 ang labas.
gusto ko maliit lang kasi. someone quoted me for the axle, leafsprings, and two tires of a multicab, 4500 sa suplus. estimate ko siguro sa fabrication, maybe another 4500. total siguro mga 10,000 pesos (i hope)
