saket talaga ng lancer (itlog, pizza), galant(6g, 7g) yang servo, kaya yung akin kinonvert using Idle-up Air Valve ng Toyota, ayun solb problema!
Regarding sa parts, nakupo, ang dami mong pedeng bilan, abundant narin mga piyesa nyan, most shops na napagtatanungan ko meron naman sila. Akin kasi replacements parts lang (mostly suspension arms, stab links, engine supports etc.), ok naman quality, working very well at a low cost. Basta alaga lang sa maintenance and you're on.

Servo (ISC Servo for Mitsu) is commonly used in some EFI engines w/c regulates, controls the idle (Fast Idle Speed, A/C increase idle etc. (i.e. para lang MAF sensor principle kaso sya nga lang ang mageengage dictated by the ECU to increase the idle of the a/c if switch on.) Pag sira or nagmamalfunction na 'to, usually pag-on ng a/c, instead na tumaas yung idle, say normally 900-950rpm, eh bumabagsak below 700 down to 500rpm pa, thus will compromising engine power, torque and fuel economy.
Share ko narin, some malfunction manifestations are (for mitsu as many observed and experienced):
-Higher idle = instead of 700-750 (w/o ac), it rises up to 1.1k to 1.3k rpm, w/c is bad and can cause overheating and more fuel wastage.
-Fluctuating rpm = it goes up and down (parang nagrerev mag-isa, di naman nangyari saken 'to).
-Engine shut-off after starting/cranking = because it is busted, servo can't determine or allow the air to introduce to activate the FIS (fast-idle speed). So some measures needed to step on the gas pedal to avoid shuting off and thus compensating to increase rpm.
Usually, pag ok pa servo (basta di pa tunaw yung sensor), nakukuha naman sa cleaning ng internal components nun. Apparently kung di na kaya sa cleaning at sira2 na gears sa luob, then a repair kit is available naman, but to some extent, possible na bumalik uli yung saket nun, so a mandatory check-up is needed for it to maintain.
mahal ba ang parts nun?
Sowi naparami nasabi ko, however HTH to mitsu mostly owners of lancers and galants.Last edited by rayban7g; May 8th, 2007 at 05:17 PM.

April 17th, 2010 11:43 PM #17bakit hindi mo muna pa check sa mechanic mo para sigurado ka sa papalitan mo.
mahirap yung bibili ka ng di ka sigurado bro.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
