kapag naglagay ka ng 6 liters sa adventure lagpas sa max. dipstick level w/c is nakakasama sa engine maghahanap ng lalabasan ang sobrang oil at di makahinga ang engine.... 6 liters is used only sa mga engine with turbo like the pajero. sa casa 6 liters nilalagay nila.... I asked many mechanic sa labas na dapat nga 5 liters lang ilagay. What do you think guys?

I agreee. Napansin ko ito ng mag change oil ako. If you read the manual it says 6 liters, ganun din sa casa at mitsu parts dealers. pero sa actual sobra and 6 liters. I tried filling it with 5 liters and wala naman naging problema.

Ang titigas pa talaga ng mga ulo ng mga mekaniko, pati sa CASA. Sinabi ko na ngang 5 liters, eh pinipilit pa rin gawing 5.5 or 6. So now I just give them the EXACT amount tapos tell them I'll be the one to add what's lacking (supposedly).

Correct kayo dyan. 5L lang talaga.
sa honda ganyan din. Yong CITY namin sabi sa casa e 3.5L daw pero minsan ako nagsalin e 3L lang pala.
    Ingat din kayo sa casa.

Diamond Motors QC advised me to put in 5.5 liters of oil, as 6 liters is already too much. I was told the same thing at Shell Quezon Ave. Another Adventure owner also confirmed that 5.5 liters is the ideal volume.

Noticed no problems whatsoever. Huwag na lang talaga sagarin ang capacity.

5.5 is the real capacity of the engine. Kaso, it seems to be sagad na. Check the dipstick for yourself. Kaya I'd rather put in 5 liters, then check the stick now and then, in case I need to add more.
