Did you get your hrv already? What were your main considerations for getting it over the asx? I'm having the same dilemma now kasi. How's the hrv doing?

Yes. I got a white hrv-e, mid variant. Well, I've finally decided to go for the hrv after test driving. Nakuha ko sya last feb 17 so more than a month ko na sya ginagamit at nasa 1.5k kms na ko now and so far eh ok naman.
Personally, if ok naman sau yung interior design ng asx eh i would say go for it since mas mura sya ng more than 100k php after discount at mas maraming features specially kung asx gsr.
Asx gsr would only cost you 1.1M+ after discount. Pero syempre mas matipid sa gas yung hrv and in my opinion, 1.8 is more than enough specially if hindi ka din naman nakikipagkarera sa kalsada.
So, ayun lng. Just take in consideration yung interior/exterior design, space, feel while test driving, and kung sa tingin mo eh worth it na kunin yung mas mahal (hrv) eh i'd say, go for it. And i think wala ka din naman pagsisisihan sa asx based from current owners. Just make sure na yung mas gusto mo yung kukunin mo para no regrets. Ang advice ko lng, obserbahan mo kung alin sa dalawa ang mas napapalingon ka, then most probably ayun ang mas gusto mo and siguradong wala kang regrets everytime makikita mo yun sa garage mo. Goodluck.

Last time I checked, meron din sa bdo repossessed cars. Pero in the end, I've finally decided to buy a brand new one. Besides, if kaya naman, then why not? May peace of mind ka pa khit papano dahil sa 3 years warranty. You just have to take your chances.

Not needed for brand new car. Just another money making tactic.
