It seems that the name of the Mitsubishi version of the recently launched Suzuki Solio will be Delica D:2?!

Since its debut in December 24, 2010 and already on sale since January 7, 2011, the Suzuki Solio will be rebadged by Mitsubishi for their new compact minivan. I am not sure why that why Mitsubishi will name this Solio an another Delica...

This another Delica will debut in Spring 2011...

this is the second partnership i have seen between Mitsubishi Motors and Suzuki...

the first being the Suzuki APV rebadged as the Mitsubishi Maven equipped with MMC's own 4G15 engine instead of Suzuki's 1600cc engine

I think this is competing with Suzuki's APV. But this might also be a flop. The APV is not selling well IMO. I have only seen 1 so far.
