ah ok sir. thanks for sharing the pics. And your right medyo mahirap nga na maging watertight yan since iba ang movement nang main cabin sa cargo bed natin pag tumatakbo. Well at least if di naman ganun ka lakas ang leak nag cool air dun sa seal ok lang yun, lalo na sa mga extra passengers na na sa cargo bed

    Ito ang reply nila sir.

Our Customer Care Team has coordinated your concern with our Service Department and your servicing dealer, Evolander Motor Corporation (EMC). Based on their technical findings, the headlight usually has moisture inside its body. As the headlight is turned on, the temperature of the light bulb with its surrounding parts will increase and the water around those parts will evaporate. Thus, the absolute humidity inside the headlight goes up. If the front surface of the headlight (i.e. front lens) is cooled down by rain shower, car wash, or even cold wind, the temperature of the lens becomes lower than dew point of the air inside the headlamp body. Under this condition, dew concentration will occur on the headlight lens inner surface. Please understand that this is a normal phenomenon called "Condensation" and is not a product defect.

Then that's a different story. Also wag ka nang umasa about technical matters sa mga taga casa. they're dumb when it comes to those things (or just playing dumb).

Edit: sabi nila dyan na "based on their technical findings" meaning yung nag sulat nang report, either servicing department or evolander. If they reported a minor moisture lang then the management will most likely deny your claim.

I told them i wawaranty claim din nila ito sa OEM which is denso kaya paper work lng ang dagdag na trabaho nila dito at walang cost. I do not believe that they should be dumb/ playing dumb kasi kung hindi nila alam ang kanilang ginagawa dapat e lumipat na sila ng trabahong para sa kanilang skill set. they are being payed for something they are not capable.

About the dumb or playing dumb thing, that is base on my experience. Di ako mag bibitaw nang salitang ganun if they are not like that.
For example: last time I told my wife to buy a cabin filter since our rig doesn't have one when it came out of the dealer. Then I told my wife na isabay na ang pag palit nang cabin filter sa routine PMS (I'm an OFW kaya wala ako sa pinas). Nung mag PMS na and my wife told them to install the filter, ang sagot is, we'll see na lang maam dahil di pa kmi nka kabit nyan sa strada. monty lang daw. I said,to my self Holy sh** pareho lang ang cabin filter nang strada at monty. then they told my wife na sabay nalng daw sa next PMS pag nag linis nang aircon. so antayin muna dumumi bago lagyan nang filter. Kaya I hope you see my point.

Sir mas maganda ma picturan mo foglight. then compare left and right. mmpc kasi nagrerely lang yan sa report ng warranty officer ng casa. tsaka subukan mo dalhin sa ibang casa. dvv is a good casa interms if warranty claim as far as i read. good luck.

"As the headlight is turned on, the temperature of the light bulb with its surrounding parts will increase and the water around those parts will evaporate." sinabi ko na ngang 2 to 3 days bago mawala kahit ginagamit yung fog lamp pero hindi parin nya magets na hindi nga nag evaporate.

do you have a regular SA sa casa? usually they can help lalo na kung good terms kayo. pwede nya lakarin na ma claim mo.
