what fuel nilalagay mo sir? nasubukan mo na Unioil?

tingin ko kasi pag diesel medyo normal mag karoon talaga ng black smoke. sa akin ginagawa mo once a week ni rerev ko talaga para matangal yung carbon deposits.

after ilang rev wala ng usok. kung twing rerev mo ng mataas may usok na malakas baka may problema.

Shell Fuelsave ako ever since. Pero I dont think its with the fuel sir. Kasi like I said, pag biglang baon lang (which you would not do under normal circumstances). pero pag dahan dahan apak kahit na lumagpas pa sa 3K rpm wala naman smoke. Kaya ang hinala ko is baka sa ECU config.

RTS, mas madalas ako highway driving pero Ill try your suggestion.

Has any anyone in this forum tried the race chip or th DTS chip on their strada?

yung Unioil kasi sir is euro4 na sya, seaoil ata is euro3, then big 3 is euro2. may effect sya kasi mas malinis ang fuel.

yung sa pag rev na sinasabi kailangan talaga once in a while para matangal carbon deposits. normal na maguusok pag biglaan at minsan lang na rerev kasi yun na yung carbon deposit sa exhaust na naipon. di sya directly dahil sa biglaang rev at di masyado sunog ang fuel.

yose, pag biglang apak, nagmimiscalculate ang ECU sa parameters like fuel injection, EGR flow, etc. Kaya may puff of black smoke. Minsan kasi nag over-inject ng fuel tapos yung EGR hindi pa kaagad nagsara kaya yung intake air kulang sa oxygen, pangit ang combustion, hence the black smoke. mas grabe sa mga euro 2 compared sa euro 4 diesel. The ECU eventually recovers and corrects its calculations, plus the turbo starts spooling kaya gumaganda na ulit yung timpla, hence nawawala or nababawasan yung black smoke.

Since gumamit ako ng Unioil diesel ayaw na mawala yung engine warning, no like before na strike everywhere ako , sometimes mawawala, then babalik uli. I think its time for me to service the EGR again or perhaps change the fuel filter.

Yun nga din ung tanong ko eh. Ok naman ang tool box pero sana good quality. Since carryboyna ung bedliner, may chance kaya na carryboy din ung toolbox? Kung ganun, gooddeal sya for an additional 9k, alam ko sa carryboy more or less 20k ang toolbox depende sa size.

Right now, what I am thinking is to add or install to my old lady strada is a back up camera, I found it very useful sa aking TrailB,lalo na medyo hindi na sharp ang instinct natin he he he. May I ask doon sa meroon ng back up camera how much ang inabot & what brand. I have two sets of TV monitors ( 7 & 9 inches) lying somewhere in our house ,siguro pwedeng magamit ito, thanks for any inputs.

Sabi po sa casa 6,500 ang back up camera, but i think kasi ililink nalang sya sa installed na HU. I saw sa concorde about 6,000-8,000 mga back up camera with the small monitors. Di ko lang sir sure kung gagamit ka ng sarili mong monitor how that would affect the price.
