    Mga sir question lang, pag ba nagpalit ako ng montero mags & tires na 265/65/R17 may kailangan pang i modify like maglagay ng spacers? or basta kabit nalang? Minimal lang kaya magiging effect sa FC and may negative effect kaya sa shocks, suspension, tie rod & ball joints?

    ang sabi sa akin available lang ang mga test unit pag new model. pero since ang strada face lift model lang ngayon wala ng test unit. di ko lang din alam kung totoo na inalis na nila yung glx-v. kasi pinsan ko bumili last week. wala na daw glx-v sabi ng ahente glx na lang or gls-v di ako 100% sure baka kasi sales talk lang ng ahente.

    Kakagaling ko lang citimotors makati para mag down, ang sabi ng SA meron sila unit for test drive lang and pag matic lang, and meron pa po sila glx-v marami pakong nakita sa 4th floor in fact yun ang una kong sinakyan. btw yun palang glx na 4x4 steel rim lang hindi alloy mags pangit tingnan , as per SA din no need to modify pag nagpalit ng montero mags and ok sa warranty

    Sir di ba pag GLX yun yung 4x2 na model? Correct me if im wrong po. haha...so mukhang style lang ng ahente yung sinsabi niyang wala nang GLX V. tsk tsk...

    Sir tanong ko lang nag-in house financing ka ba? bakit ka sa citimotors nag downpayment? or ganun ba talga? sorry wala akong experience pa sa pagbili na auto. hehe.

    I had my Strada undergone warranty service at Quezon Avenue last Monday for an alignment job and to fix an annoying whistling sound in the steering wheel. I was already at the dealership at 7:30am and was received by the SA. I complained about my steering wheel pulling to the left and I also mentioned this is the same job I asked them to do 2 weeks prior but was not done satisfactorily. The SA told me that it should be done by the afternoon.. Since I was thinking this is a half day job only and my car was 5th or 6th on the line, I decided to do some bank errands first and come after lunch. Here's the rub, i was on the dealership by 2pm. However, work was still being done on the car. Odd I said because I was expecting it to be doe before lunch being early on the line. Anyways, come 4pm the technician called me and informed me that the car will need to stay overnight because they cant get the alignment right. This is after they have made 4 road tests. Nagtaka na ako bakit di pa ako ininform maaga. Thats when I found out late na daw naendorse sa kanila yong kotse. I also asked them bakit di magawa gawa alignment because Ive seen other alignment jobs and it can be completed in 30 minutes tops. Di nila masagot. They can need daw to adjust it further more. Anyways, to make the story short. I left the car with them and by 11pm today, they called me tapos na daw. Aligned na at wala nang whistling sound. So, i went to the casa at 3pm thinking ok na. Drive na ko papuntang Edsa. Sa awa ng dyos after 2 days of getting the car aligned, neither one nagawa. Kumakabig at nagwhiwhistle pa rin. Tawag ako sa Quezon Ave at nakaschedule na naman ako tomorrow. What a waste of time. Now I know why they say Mitsu has quality issues. They cant even do a job right the second time around. Frankly, mukhang knakwartahan nila planta kasi charge lang sila ng charge ng warranty at the expense of my time. Scam? By the way, naubos 1/4 na gas na iniwan ko sa kotse. Kakalabas ko pa lang sa casa umilaw na yong fuel empty warning light.

    may lumabas ng 4x4 na glx sir and marami parin pong glx-v akong nakikita at nagququote parin sila kasi nagpaquote din ako last week nyan, bank financing po ako and sa dealer ka talaga mag dp kasi yung matitira lang sa unit price after ng dp ang ipifinance ng bangko, kung hindi ka naman free insurance like bpi eh ikaw din maghahanap ng provider mo kung bank PO ka, bale ang babayaran molang sa bangko eh CM at monthly amor. then sa dealer DP at sa case ko pati ctpl kasi yung free nila hindi daw kasama ctpl pati free ng bpi walang ctpl. pero pwede din namang ideposit mo nalang sa accnt ng dealer ang dp kaso may clearing pa daw kaya para mas mabilis managers check nalang.

    Tyambahan nga lang yata talaga sir ang maayos na casa ng mitsu dito, kasi halos lahat ng nabasa kong thread may mga negative comments din lahat, swertehan lang talaga siguro sa sales agent and service advisor, kaya kahit ubod ng daming nega feedback sa citimotors makati eh dun narin ako kumuha, kung maka experience ako ng hindi maganda lipat nalang try & try hanggang makahanap ng katapat hehe.

    Saan ba ok magpa service? sana yung may magandang experience sa service eh makapag share din.

    sa akin sa may balintawak ako nagpapa service. ang reklamo ko lang so far, ang bagal ng serbisyo. 7am nandun ka na past 8 ka na ma accomodate ng SA, yung customer service rep nila 9am pa pumapasok. Sa experience ko nun sa honda 7am pag dating mo ma accomodate ka na ng SA kaya di sayang ang oras.

    Minsan dumating ako dun 7:30. 11AM na ako nakausap ng SA sa bagal ng pila. tapos meron time na 11:30 nabigay ko na sa cashier yung billing. 2pm na ng tawagin ako
