Calling on S'locoroco baka meron po kayo ma recommend na mura mabilhan? I believe I read before someone posted mura lang daw kuha niya in Manila. Mga BOSB's pa share naman po kung saan mura bumili. TIA

June 15th, 2011 11:30 PM #1755* S'ooba99 - Thank you Sir.
* Big_Bonsai - Yes maganda yun as per reviews. For Diesel Engines lang po yun. O rin po yung 0w-40 ng Mobil, usually they recommend this for colder climates. Pero I think kung dito lang po sa manila ok na yung ESP 5w-40.
* Coolsilver - As per my readings, yes po. The theory behind it is regarding the power to weight ratio, higher power, faster acceleration less rpm, less gas usage so long as everything else is equal. Same lang po apak niyo sa gasolina and weight of vehicle, etc. Also check out the link of the article that S'Vhronx posted. The writer also tackled the fuel consumption there briefly.
* S'Ry_tower - Check niyo po muna kung switch, kung may contact pa or wala. Kung meron pa naman and medo nahihirapan umakyat, check niyo po kung cable or mechanical because sometimes kung cable po minsan pumupulupot yung cable. Now kung mechanical usually bihira magkaproblema more often than not yung motor na po. Sorry can't answer kung mechanical or cable type yung sa strada natin. Di ko pa po siya nabubuksan. Hope this helps.
* S'Vhronx - nice article.
* S'SynysterG - Sir I had the same problem before, medyo sensitive masyado. I would suggest to tone down the sensitivity instead of turning it off completely. If you live near araneta, punta na lang po kayo sa Winterpine, sandali lang nila adjust yung sensitivity nun. If not paschedule niyo po sa casa. If you cannot wait, DIY niyo na lang, just take out the lower panels sa ilalim ng steering wheel and just behind the wires may switch po doon. There's a small knob which you can turn clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the sensitivity. To test it, close doors then try to hit the car or tires kung mag alarm pa siya. Just don't hit it too hard at baka naman magkadent po strada niyo. Good luck.

June 16th, 2011 12:43 AM #1757*altec - sir nasabi niyo na innova ang dati niyong ride. bakit naman ang strada ang naisip niyo ipalit? how does the two compare in terms of performance, maintenance and fuel consumption? I plan to buy a car and I'm a bit torn between the Innova d4d and the GLX strada. Family man ako so ok din ang innova dahil madami pwede sumakay pero pogi ang strada and rugged.
