Sir auto_fanatic, to gauge the reliability of Mitsu's CVT, just try to read the previous gen Lancer's thread. I think wala pa ako nabasa na reported problem sa CVT nila. considering matagal na sila. Unlike Honda's CVT in the previous gen Jazz and City, wherein marami kang mababasa about problems. Honda's problems were I think confirmed when they decided that the new City and Jazz will have standard auto tranny.

Favor naman mga sir. Please include include naman you PMS costs for your Outies. From 1k up to your latest.

Kindly indicate the breakdown of the cost as well as the engine size.

(MS has a separate thread for this which i find very helpful.)

Maybe you can include also if you have some technical issues with the outie.

Hi ITMA!

I have a bad memory, so I'll leave it up to the other guys to post about PMS costs. hehe

Regarding technical issues, its only the tint issue. This has been completely solved and no more problems after Mitsu replaces the weather strips for free.

Sir Mongaddi is correct...

the INVECS-III CVT has been around since the Launch of the Lancer (JT) Cedia since January 2003 and its global debut in 2001. To this date, I haven't heard of any major issues of its breakdown unlike Mitsubishi's versions of the 4 speed automatic. It is more reliable than Honda's and Mitsu seems to like it as well to apply it on Both the Outie and Lancer EX.

Guys, I tried my AM radio today, wala nakukuha any signal! This was in various open air locations only.

FM radio seems ok.

Anyone experience the same problem?

Ok naman sir tong sa min, kagagamit ko lang kanina ng AM Radio. Now mo lang ba natry or how about nung last time mo nagamit?

BTW, medyo bumababa yung hangin ng right rear tires ng outie ko. Pwede ko po ba ipacheck to sa mga ordinary vulcanizing shops?

last time i tried ok naman. weird nga eh.

regarding the tires, pwede naman kahit saan shop since you dont have the TPMS.

About sa AMradio, try mo sir ireseat yung antenna(pero sabi mo ok naman pala FM), or better pacheck natin sa casa. Malay mo palitan nila ng buong stereo. There could be a problem on its tuner.

thanks carchase, observe observe ko din muna. di ko naman masyado ginagamit. maganda lang na meron sya pag kelangan.

sobrang weird lang talaga na ito masisira. baka may napindot lang ako. haha

if ever may maunang masira, expect ko cd player. hehe

yeah, the AM radio is important- especially the traffic updates! among all of us who uses it frequently, probably is Sir batangmahal. lets wait for his input regarding it... thanks.
