Sir batangmahal, congrats! I think you're one of the few here who has a GLX outie like me, curious question though, have you noticed:
    (1) if your second row seats has a sliding (forward, backward) lever/ function - not that it's important if you ask me as I don't think based on my needs I would require to move it forward or something, ok na yung tumble (manual) option;
    (2) if the material used for the center console (between driver and passenger) fabric is the same as the ones used on the seat and door panel armrest
    Appreciate you feedback!

    sir louien,

    1. the second row seats of my GLX does not have the sliding function. but like you, i don't need it too.
    2. the material for the center console is different from the fabric used on the seats. at least, it seems to be more comfortable to the right elbow of the driver.

Thanks for the response Sir! I agree it's a bit more comfortable, but much more easy to become dirty! I didn't remove the plastic because of this, hehe, and am planning to have fabric seat covers made...

Bro, Sooner or Later, you will be opening your windows so better ask your SA in advance what they're going to fix it, if ever you'll have the same problems with some of us regarding the window tints scratch. Anyways, congrats to your Outie...

    after 600kms:
    1. no tint scratching so far...though I only open my windows a few times
    2. installed running boards to prevent mud spashes...need new wider and longer mud flaps...looked around in banawe with no luck
    3. have to be really careful with the seats...no luck with the cloth seat covers in Banawe...have to order in advance
    4. rearview mirror vibrates a lot
    5. seatbelt warning dosent stop bonging
    6. no wonder this has a good stereo, tires are really noisy
    7. fuel mileage was where I expected it to be now at around 8.5kms/l
    8. havent explored the limits of handling yet...but very tight and very quick steering
    9. pretty stiff chassis and suspension but dampens the bumps on the road pretty well
    10. security dosen't autolock after you've parked or when your running...no chirping sound from the alarm to confirm its activated (c'mon, even Revos had this feature)

sir, can you post pictures of your running board?

my rearview mirror doesnt vibrate naman...

yeah for the tires those are the cheapest rubber's for our 18's... once na numipis na yung rubber ko gonna find a different brand with more noise reduction...

Here's a snapshot of the boards...

Btw, dealer also mentioned that if I use a backup camera that is not from the casa, it would void the warranty.

    ...dyan ako natuwa! thanks.

it will all come in due time... i believe that Outie owners have their own uniqueness. I'm sure an outie owner there will step up and make history happen! When any of you have an inspired thought of creating a club, you have to act on it, and you have to trust it!

Maybe this could be a start... Roll call of Outlander Owners- 1st Gen and 2nd Gen- I'm positive this will spark interest... allow me to help you guys by identifying some who i have interacted with...
