    Can anybody share their experienced with the CVT of Lancer. There's a thread regarding Honda's CVT is quite problematic. How about Lancer?

    i've had mine (invecs III) for almost four months now. no problems whatsoever. shifts like a dream when you need to floor the accelerator. ;)

    magister, ano top speed mo? ala ba prob pag nag overtake ka sa car running 100kph? hindi parang kinakapos sa power?

    top speed so far was 160. (break in kasi, he he he.) no problem overtaking at 100 kph. in fact, when i did the 160 overtake i was at around 120 na yata. i did not even use the paddle shifters then.

    it's a 2.0L engine. hindi yan kakapusin kung ordinary driving lang naman.

    now lang me drive lancer gls automatic, how's the fuel consumption?

    We won't know about durability until after another two to three years. But the Lancer CVT is equipped with a traditional torque converter, unlike the Honda CVT, so durability may just be better.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Me too, overtaking at 150kph is good, very good for a family sedan...almost 10,000km na ako so far so good...
