    almost similar to me,

rice farming (for both commercial and seed growing)
vegetable farming (di nga lang organic)
carabao/cattle fattening (have few in Batangas)
gamefowl breeding (backyard farm in Negros)

    others:
diy car detailing (kapag nasa bakasyon)
    home theater/hi-fi audio/head-fi/videoke w/ kids

di nga lang ako masyado hands-on sa farming but pwede na rin as hobbies

Yun kambing mo native or yung kagaya sa alaminos goat farm aka parang tupa?

"The first bloody red yolk in the philippines."

    Ito nafeature pala online

Dan Barber Feeds his Chickens Red Peppers to Make Red Eggs

Very few chefs have paid as much attention to chickens and eggs than Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. He discovered in Italy the wonders of the unlaid and sometimes undeveloped eggs produced by older hens, which he called “embryonic” but had to change the name to “immature” to help customers get over the idea. He has explored the relationship between pastured chickens and the soil and the best time of the year to butcher a chicken.

Last week Barber of released this series of photos on his Instagram of eggs with red yolks. They weren’t dyed in the kitchen. The eggs were naturally laid from barnyard normal hens. His secret? Feeding the chickens high-carotenoid red peppers:

1/3 -- "red pepper egg” from *bluehillfarm laying hens fed high-carotenoid peppers

    2/3 -- the red-pepper-pecking hens at *bluehillfarm

3/3 -- cured yolk of a red pepper egg

    As of June 2017.....

I've been somewhat too busy to indulge in hobbies....

    Let's see:

Gym and exercise doesn't count. They're more like necessary chores.

Computer gaming? Maybe. Even that has been sporadic. Between work, university courses, yard work, and family, it's been busy.

I still have the same scale models in my closet:

Tamiya 1/35 M2 Bradley with detailed interior
    Italeri 1/35 late-war Pz.Kpfw IV
    Hasegawa 1/48 F4U-5 Corsair
Revell 1/35 75mm German antitank gun with figures
    Testor 1/48 F8F Bearcat
    Monogram 1/48 AH-64
    Monogram 1/48 P-47 with photo-etched trimmings
Original-release Star Trek USS Voyager (the big one)
Original Return of the Jedi Millennium Falcon (the big one)

Now that I think about it.... The last scale model I was working on when my air brush was stolen was a Hasegawa 1/32 Spitfire Mk VI. Pretty rare kit. I had finished detailing the cockpit. Besides the airbrush, the whole kit was missing as well.
