Anlaki na talaga ng donations ng ibang bansa sa atin. Makes me wonder, did we ever donated sa ibang countries when they were hit by disasters like this... tsunami ng japan, flashflood sa indonesia, earthquake sa europe etc.

Where can we render our services for the staging/preparation/packing of relief goods (Red Cross chapter here in south Metro Manila) for our countrymen in the Visayas? Wifey and myself have about 4 hours of "free time" that we can put in this effort....

you could try the nearest the dswd office (from your place) somewhere in cupang in muntinlupa. but i think they're up to their necks w/ volunteers already so it's best to coordinate w/ them first
