How much i need in passive income to retire and walk away from the corp rat race for good. Part of me always thinks sayang the income i get from my job...tiisin na lang until forced retirement The other part of me says its killing me slowly but surely. Moving jobs isnt an option as i have a lot of tenure already and will give up a lot in retirement lumpsum.

Once i walk away dapat no looking back. I should be content till i move on from this life.

you are not alone EQ... advantage sayo is may mga properties kana naka laan in which you can maximize it just in case you plan to retire early. some say 45 years old is the desirable retirement age since you still have the energy to do your hobby and turn it into income. also, if there’s early retirement option in your company that would be better... goodluck!

Doctor arrived 2 hours after his scheduled start of clinic.

Di ko maintindihan mga ganun. If alam nila darating sila parati 2 hours late, eh di adjust nila consultation hours nila. I find it very insensitive.

Yung oras ng tao importante. Ikaw na actually paying customer technically, ikaw pa maghihintay.

Tapos yung traditional process eh may secretary tapos tinatawag lang pangalan. So yung iba 3 hours na nagiintay, di makaalis sa harap ng clinic ni Doc. Baka matawag. Kawawa yung Solo, ni hindi makabili ng snacks or pag minalas ka abutan ka ng lunch time.

Madami na nga paraan mang pahiya ngayon but I'm not that person na konting ungot, "ipapa viral kita sige!"

Di naman ganun natutunan ko. There are better ways to address the problem. Yung pahiya band aid solution yan I think. And bakya solution. Sorry for the term.

Doctors cannot estimate exactly how long surgeries and/or meetings can last ... Add to that the traffic ... Some of them even skip proper lunch so they can make it "on time" ...

But of course they should have a good queuing system ... There are some clinics that are good with this ... They have a list of patients for the day and the secretary will send SMS once the doctor has arrived and give time estimate based on your position in the list ...

i can feel you bruh! i think our residence dr can explain why this has to happen... hehe... sana may regulatory din nag checheck yung sa demand ng specialista para dun focus ... kaya kasi marami nag hihintay sa kanila dahil limited lang sila... like sa bohol, iisa lang ang neuro, kunti lang orto, etc. well that just my opinion...

Pwede mo ipahiya ng hindi personal. Kasi 1990s pa ganyan mga doctor. Take advantage na yan. I-dare mo secretary kung ano palusot. Inisip kasi pag wala nasa surgery. Lahat na lang ba oras may opera. Usually tinamad ng gising yan kaya na-late.

May meeting rin mga pasyente. And mata traffic rin. Pwedeng walang surgery pero may ibang trabaho din ang pasyente.

So I don't think being late at the time of your clinic (which I'm sure the doctors themselves chose) is an excuse. Sensitive lang dapat at courteous sa oras ng ibang tao. Of course the patients generally needs the service of the doctor than the opposite.

Mas mahaba daw kasi ang pila, mas magaling yung doctor. Pag walang pila walang kwenta 😂

To be fair, nagsasabi naman most of yung mga late kung bakit late sila at ano ETA. Yung iba lang na di nagsasabi na hindi naman gumagawa ng emergency procedures tapos 1-2 hrs after dadating yung nakakainis.
