Di ko alam e. I'll ask one of these days if he is an NBSB. I don't want him to think I'm interested in him that's why I don't know how to ask.

There are times I get irritated with him because he is very touchy feely (with everyone that is why girls hate him). It is very uncomfortable when it is him touching, but with my other guy friends, kahit naka akbay pa sakin sa mall or walking arm in arm e I don't feel uncomfortable. But with him I don' like any physical contact.

Though I think he is a nice person, he helps me with my reports even if it's not his job.

Checking home and property prices in our area......

It looks like the price of our home/property is back to 2003 levels. It had gone up to 150% from 2006-2008 and then plummeted to 70% of the 2003 price from 2008-2012. While we were gone, we visited once a year and saw numerous vacant houses for sale or for rent. Now? They're all occupied.

My wife said we should've bought another house back then and then put it up for rent.

I have no issues with my other guy friends making me akbay.My former supervisor/friend would even give me back massage hehe. But with him just touching my hair it's irritating. I don't know how to tell him to please stop being so touchy without offending him. Buti sana kung yung boss ko na lang. Just kidding.
