Looking at some property in el nido. Will join the gold rush. Met a fellow neighbor from my village here. He has been buying for the past 5 years or so. While the prices are still not exhorbitant its probably a good time to take a look.

This place will beat Bali or Phuket hands down in terms of nature , beaches and scenery and the infrastructure is beginning to take hold. The new airport in San vicente shortens travel times from Puerto Princessa.

The Lio airport is small but it has a new terminal. Manila is 55 mins away .

Road construction is definitely in full swing. Hopefully in 3 years when the pandemic is over..this place will be boom town. Who knows...i may even live here.

Safe kaya magpagawa sa labas ng bahay. Gusto ko pa tiles yung eskenita namin kasi namatay na totally yung bermuda

Nagpagawa ako ng interior last month, di naman ako nagkacovid. Exterior should be much safer.

i have been making pagawa in and out of the house, for some time now.
ang una kong pinagawa ay yung nawasa pipe. mawala na lahat, wag lang tubig.
luckily, we're still fine.

I've been dating this girl for months na. Masasabe ko na she's a wife material since marunong mag luto, smart, may sense kausap, sweet, caring, hindi maarte, name it.

Here's the problem: Every time na magkikita kami, hindi ako physically attracted sa kanya. Naguguluhan ako sa feelings ko dahil ako pa madalas mag aya sa kanya mag meet kami pero pag nagkita naman, ganun pa rin hayy

Have you slept with her? It’s hard if there is not much physical attraction between you and her.
