Power brick is working fine. I have two of those laptops and I've tested both power bricks and they are working just fine on the other working laptop. Suspect ko is di nashutdown ng maayos yung isa at naiwang naka-on hanggang sa nadrain ang battery. I've read that fully discharging 18650 batteries (used in those two laptops) is not good. I've left the laptop plugged and let it charged for a couple of hours. Tingnan ko ulit later kung magpower on na sya. Hopefully.
Hanggang kelan kaya walang clinic ang doctors. I wonder why some can stop clinic and some are required to report for work? Kawawa naman neighbor ng Tita ko, gangrenous toes na ata

most doctors can do their administrative work by long distance. they even do tele-conferencing with the staff.
a number of doctors see their patients by internet.
in many bigger hospitals, the residency staff or the hospitalist on duty can address the more emergency cases.
yung OB ang naka-concern. no one can delay an emerging baby.
Maybe once ECQ is lifted. Those required to work probably have duty. There are some protocols with some hospitals re clinics. They would require na acrylic at the desks, limited number of patients only 6max I think), because some would stay & wait at the corridors while practicing social distancing. All their patients should have a schedule & no walk ins allowed. Doctors should be in ppe suit. They would be required to change their suit & examining bed every after patient. Medyo hassle lang but kelangan e.
replace and discard suit after every patient.
guess who gets to shoulder the cost of the suit.
high.
kawawa pasyente.
Oh WOW. E di tataas ng matindi ang PF? Baka pati yung small hospitals wala ng PF below 1k. Dr Cutie ang taas ng PF e pano pa yan after
Lito pa rin ako with how doctors work e. Like why some are required to take care of covid and then some can choose to close their clinic

some clinics are undergoing re-arrangement.
they are setting up clear plastic dividers with transaction ports, 'ala bangko of olde" or airport immigration or airport money exchange.
physician sits inside, dressed in gloves, mask and clear face plate. if physician has to examine the patient more thoroughly, PPE daw.
patient gets to pay for all these consumables.

last night, i was seeing an italian video of a senior citizen, seated in the park, reading the newspaper.
half the newspaper comprised of obituary notices and nothing else...
depressing.

doc how bad will it get kaya when dengue season comes?
i was watching bbc kanina and there was a news feature showing latin american countries currently being ravaged by both the covid19 pandemic and the dengue fever epidemic. their medical resources are being depleted by the day.
locally, i'm guessing there will be a lot of finger pointing and hand wringing why the dengvaxia vaccine was heavily politicized. ma-uungkat nanaman ang pangalan ni acosta imbis na tahimik at medyo nakalimutan na siya.

Internal yung battery sir eh, mga 18650 cells. No luck pa rin hanggang ngayon. Left it plugged in overnight pero wala talaga. Even the charging indicator is not lighting up. Pero there's some heat generated on the lower right portion ng laptop. Just below the keyboard. Ngayon nagtatawag pa rin ako ng accredited shops that can open and check the laptop. Walang macontact. Di tuloy makapagturo ngayon si misis.![]()
i have a feeling,
the covid quarantine situation may decrease this year's dengue numbers.
denggoyvaxia.
the use of the vaccine may have been recklessly rushed, but the vaccine works as advertised.
history will probably favor it, because it probably saved more lives than it destroyed.
but seeing those victims as flesh and blood and not just statistics... leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
