Tindi! Kaya nawala ang respeto ng iba sa mga police or military kasi sa mga ganitong tao.

My manyak officemate has a theory that Spanish are more tolerant of fatty foods and won't develop heart disease agad while pure Filipinos pag nag indulge with rich fatty foods/nagpaka taba "tigok" kaagad. Spanish blood din daw kasi siya kaya kahit overweight siya wala siyang hypertension

I appreciate his effort to not make me worry about my health and I asked him where he came up with that theory, he said observation .... Naalalala ko si KAGS or what is mini who calls himself observationalist (?) ba?

Ang dami pang observation ni MO na pareho kay uls, so may accuracy din siya kasi consistent

MY DAD! SUPER healthy and active lifestyle (tennis, fishing, gym, hiking etc) and that was even before I was born, that continued until his late 30s when he was diagnosed with hypertension My Dad NEVER smoked and does NOT drink alcohol, he sleeps before 10 pm at up at 5 am. My Dad loves good food but he was never fat. 40s my Dad developed heart disease

Hindi ko na lang cinontra si MO na flawed theory niya re Spanish kasi Dad ko nagka sakit. But then again my Dad has a corporate job and a family business that he handles tapos he always cleans up my brother's mess. Siya pa takbuhan ng lahat ng tao. He is the type of guy na pag may problema ka siya top of mind mo na lapitan.

Then here is my Uncle na WALANG GINAGAWA SA BUHAY - wala trabajo, babaero, lasengero at smoker, umabot ng senior age ng walang sakit Parang wala lang siya naririnig kahit naliligo ng pintas sa Lola ko LOL!

Kaya paranoid talaga ko kasi Dad ko nga healthy lifestlye nagkasakit, pano pa kaya ako na unhealthy
