we don't use "acceptable" in our practice, kasi. it somehow tends to picture us as heartless, feeling-devoid creatures from underneath.
personally, i would say, "i would not be surprised". but only to myself. i would not dare say it to the patient nor their loved ones.
when it comes to statistics, "it refers to the others, but not to me-the-patient".
i mean, even if there is 99.99 percent possibility that the tumor will not metastasize, that means nothing, if i happen to be the 0.01 percent (1 in 10,000).

yeah, Aug/Sep/Oct season na ng durian, rambutan, lanzones at mangosteen. i love visiting my farm in Negros sa month na yan because of the abundance ng fresh fruits...

i have not use myra-e but we normally use vits ADE during breeding to supplement their health during laying season.

it's a smaller peanut bulb, mounted to a small brown plastic socket.
i even tried to buy the peanut and install it to my original socket, but i can't seem to find the correct size (the ones i see are too big) and skill.
