i can not imagine building any dwelling design there, that will sensibly mitigate the flooding situation.
even if your appliances are high and dry, you can very well end up being an island; well-nigh in-accessible without having to wade thru a flood.
the current public works might answer the flood situation. but then again, it might not.

Pwedeng pwede.
There are online maps that have measurements already then I cross check with my phones gps. I put it on the street to get lower numbers hehehe.

In the real world, Pinoys still manage to smile even in the worst adversities. Yet, watch a fricking movie on TFC and all I see are crying and tears. If not those, then it's the poor Cinderella-type/working class servants being oppressed by loud-mouthed, snooty rich venom types. Then, it's more crying and tears. The PH has a rich history and culture. But, no movie producer wants to tap into it. I had to watch The Great Raid to see some Pinoys (guerrilas) at their best. *SIGH*
The one good thing I've seen emerge is many Pinoy movies have subtitles now.![]()

Can someone please explain to me what is hassle about this situation? Ano ngayon kung manual? D ba niya alam na manual auto niya? If it's the new shoes you still get scuff marks sa right shoe
kahit matic

I'm not sure either. I drove stick-shift for a long time and I never scuffed my shoes (super-shiny combat boots). I might get residual black shoe polish streaks on the carpet though.
Perhaps, the soles of new shoes are stiffer, making it uncomfortable to push down clutch, brake pedal, and gas pedal.
