Tanong lang po, I'm an IT professional and meron akong Tax Payable since di consolidated yung ITR ko from the last year kasi nag transfer ako ng work. What will happen if hindi ko bayaran yung Tax Payable ko? Anyone with this same scenario before? Thanks!

you need to clarify your query because it is a little bit vague.
every employer is required to withhold the income tax. the whole time you were connected with your former employer, it could be presumed that it withheld the tax by deducting a proportionate amount from your monthly salary.
As JM stated, your employer is obliged to deduct from your salary any tax liability after consolidating your income and taxes withheld from previous and current employers.
On another note, April 15 was the deadline to file your tax returns. If your present employer failed to remit the appropriate tax on your behalf, you need to file an amended return yourself, subject to interest and penalty.

If you get lucky, your name will be chosen by the tax auditors especially if there is a sudden significant drop in your tax payments. But if you are not earning 7 digit a year, there is a slim chance you will get picked. BIR has bigger fishes to fry.

The prescription period for tax audit is 3 years. Not sure about the penalty as I am no longer involved in tax matters but it could be around 25%. How much tax do you think you still owe? And as some corrupt accountants would ask you - how much do you want it to be? :D

Thinking about purchasing this old house in talayan village to convert into modern townhouses for sale. But the location floods so have to design carefully.

Wont the flooding ease with all the drainage they are building?
I know chinese like to live in that area hence was seriously considering a build and sell plan.
First floor would have been garage and utility areas to take into consideration the flooding. Then the next 2 to 3 floors would be living spaces.

You may want to check this ( Philippine Flood Hazards Map) and see if the location you are eying has been flooded previously. If it was flooded, no amount of drainage system will help it as it is very near san juan river.
