I've been reading this unconventional self motivation book by Mark Manson. "Subtle Art of not Giving a F*ck"
It's really a different approach to self help. Lots of thoughts to ponder about...
Worse if it's upper management.
Not sure if it's still the same but my Mom told me over a decade ago that San Lo is the richest barangay in the Philippines (Ayala center pays fees to them) There was a time when the Barangay and Homeowners had a fight pa nga because of money issues

Saw a gma7 news report that barangay San Lo has more than P100M annual budget. High tech and modern ang barangay hall, puno ng HD CCTVs, may own doctors and nurses pa sila.
Parati rin may controversy with corruption acdg sa report.
Basta may pera involved, politics will always be involved kahit walang kasalanan[emoji51]

Yung mga online petition through change.org eh effective ba?
Let’s say nameet yung 500 signees?
Paano output nun?

Facepalm ako sa mga aspiring barangay and SK officials dito samen.
Walang mapili.
Still the need to vote para hindi ka mawala as registered voter.
Gusto ko na lang sadyain i-void yung ballot ko this barangay election.
K*pal talaga ngayon may pa-medical mission ang barangay with the help of the city councilors.

Dami talaga tao makakapal ang mukha.
At Costa Coffee, an indian looking guy comes in and sits down on one of two armchairs.
5 minutes later his companion comes in to join him on the other armchair.
50 minutes later, both guys, wala pa ring inoorder.
Ano yon?
Umupo lang para mag tambay at mag chll sa cozy armchairs?
I probably should avoid riding the bike during windy days. The winds are gusting to 25 mph. The ride was killer when faced with uphills and a head wind. I could probably do better if I had my old 10-speed racer. But, I don't anymore. Even those other cyclists on racer bikes were visibly struggling.
I normally do a minimum ride of 20 miles (usually closer to 30 miles). But, I cut it short at 16 miles. That head wind is too much for me. I didn't want to be stuck with a long combined uphill and a head wind on the way home.
That MTB isn't exactly the fastest. Almost everyone was passing me on the way home. But, I was pedaling at a leisurely pace with one hand on the handle bar while I held my water bottle with the other hand.![]()

fabric sunshades on electric bikes and trikes are quite popular now in the metro phils.
more than once, "we were amused" when the riders were being toppled over by gusts of wind.
Thinking if i should buy this bag or not.
