    But they aren't the people we are talking about, are we?

    We are talking about people who have a CHOICE. Tagaytay traffic is not horrible on holidays and weekends because of people who go there for work. It's because of people who go there for leisure.

    We will just go round and round with this discussion

    and BTW I don't go to Tagaytay anymore on a weekend or holiday. So no, I don't suffer.

    I wonder what is a reasonable price per sqm to build a 150 sqm 2 storey house na bare lang? Bare, as in smooth finished concrete, in and out, no paint, and lahat abang lang sa loob.
