All i know is what use is the money if you dont have the time to spend it? Id like to have a nice balance of time and money.

I make good money but because im in corporate, my time is not my own. 2 week vacations are unheard of here. And if you do take one you're not even sure you will have your job when you return. Hehe. It is what is in the dog eat dog world of the big corporation. We are slaves to the job here.... And im not about to sugarcoat it.

The grass is always greener on the other side. Id rather be an entrepeneur doing something i love, earning decent cash and having time for myself.

Of course for every successful entrepreneur there are 99 stories of humdrum mediocrity, failed hopes, dreams and financial ruin. So there's that to consider as well.

Ive dabbled in many side businesses. And i have tried to use my experience, knowledge, skills and contacts to be successful. Even then most didnt live up to expectations or just faded away. The one true thing that has survived has been my foray into real estate (buy-rennovate-flip, rentables or landbanking). But that requires a lot of startup capital so its not that easy to break into as well.

But i will be crossing the rubicon soon where my passive income far oustrips my work income. When i hit my target rentable income (not counting one-off property flipping income or paper gains in asset prices) its asta la vista baby and on to the next adventure.

My advice, can you see yourself as an entrepreneur 5-10 from now?

I'm not saying you're not made to be an entrepreneur but not everybody is cut to be one.

Running a business for me is less forgiving sa mga mistakes. One wrong decision and everything will be wiped out and hinde lahat nabibigyan ng second chance.

Mistakes are very expensive and Sa mga nag uumpisa pa lang especially kung limited ang capital. Walang luxury sa pagkakamali ang pressure if one has limited capital but you must make a big decision kaagad, maybe for example kailangan mag decide na bumili ng stocks tapos itago pero mauubos or tatamaan Running capital mo dahil let's say meron fluctuation price sa raw materials or something or you decided na to save on your capital and just roll on the dices na hinde tataas price ng raw materials. Both decisions has big consequences sa Survival ng business. That's just one of the example.

Alam ko meron tinatawag na educate risk pero ito lang masasabi lahat ng natutunan mo sa textbook, classroom is not applicable in running a business.

But big risk, big rewaeds as they say.

But if somebody is saying they're willing to back you up angd mahaba ang pisi nila and theyre willing to put money where their mouth is. Then go for it. But expect na lahat ng sinabi nila na all the way ang support nila but once you hit a bad patch I'm sure kakainin Nila sinabi nila.

But as you have said youre positive na you can make a big splash sa corporate world. Ako personally, if I'm in your shoes I wouldn't take the risk and lost everything

But at the end of the day it's your decision.

Ang masakit sa ulo sa business pag maganda na takbo nung sa yo may gagaya, tatabihan/tatapatan ka pa. Ibabagsak rates/prices para lang malunod ka. Ipapirate pa mga ahente mo. Tapos ang daming capital.

Sure you might be able to outsmart them but sometimes nothing beats brute force. Best get into something you have a clear competitive advantage. I.e. technical knowhow or connections

Reminds me of when I would ask crush to say bad words in Tagalog. It was such a turn on from me coming from a man who is so refined, well spoken and respectable. It makes him red and I like it even more hahaha! He rarely speaks Tagalog so it's both cute and a turn on. I miss him tuloy. Pero siyempre kung galing Robin Padilla or Coco Martin type, kadiri
