Is there a website or app that tracks the prices of commodities, construction materials?

^^^ It is a looker but you need a number less and opt for the RS4 instead. The wife will love the extra space of a wagon than the cramped confines of a coupe.

The wife is being offered a permanent role in the UK office and the company will also sponsor my family visa.

But it would mean I would be quitting my job here and I'm not sure if I'll be able to find work that will hire someone who is there just on a family visa.

I'm definitely happy for the wife's potential new role but I can't help but be pensive about leaving my job here and not knowing if I can find work over there.

80% group work and presentations ata ang MBA. Diyan kumapal mukha ko sa public speaking. I used to dread it but now I don't care. I even got into hosting company events I had a complete turnaround because of it.

Thanks bro! It’s exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. I wish I could keep my job here and take it over there. I’d even offer a paycut if it would help lol.

No kids for us at this time.

And yes, the UK job is a definitely a major upgrade for the wife. So I would like to support her as much as I can.

I think you can definitely find a new job at UK. So if kaya naman ni mrs to support both of you while you find work, grab the opportunity imho.

Yup, that’s what I’m hoping for.

I can do some odd jobs in the interim while looking for a permanent one.

Might as well learn how to cook as well since I might be home most of the time.

Good luck bro. Good position you're in. Just you and your wife. Much easier to move

If an undergraduate, be ready to study a couple more years to be able to land a professional job in UK. Better if you have post graduate studies as it will count.

May or may not happen so just be ready.

Also make an effort to earn at least six months of local work experience even as a volunteer. They may require that before getting you hired.

Yeah, I plan to take on some odd jobs in the interim while looking for a more permanent one.

Our garage smells like fresh rubber right now because of the new tires on my Civic. The tires are a week old (over 500 km traveled) but everytime I use the car and park it afterwards, it still has that new-tire smell. Seems like the tires are breaking in quite nicely.

Is it worth it if I buy a condo unit in Manila for my son so that he has a place to stay while studying in Mapua or just let him stay in dorm or rent a bachelors pad?
