Maybe try going to a warm pool like Ace Water Spa? They have a lot of relaxing water therapy there. Also a pool where you can do laps to get good cardio and strengthen/stretch your back muscles.

Pero better to have everything checked and complain about even the slightest discomfort. May in law ako slight abdominal pain lang daw, turned out maga na pala appendix nya.
My lolo had scolio and wore a brace. I was in my late teens or early 20s when they discovered my scolio. The doctor had me wear something but it hurts so bad and it means I have to be covered in a jacket all the time so it would not show.

I only know doggie swim hahaha. I have very low tolerance to pain. I want to have my back checked pero may senior pa ko na inaasikaso, I need to know that she will be okay bago ko maasikaso sarili ko.

It was over 10 yrs ago when I last had myself checked but I think that time it was just mild or moderate? My spine is curving to a C daw.

Took my blood sugar just now and it's 95. So if my BP and sugar are normal then why am I dizzy with shortness of breath

I'd have it checked to see if the scolio progressed.

Is it your tita? If she doesn't have a heart condition she might enjoy the facilities at Ace.

Kahit naman di ka magswim although it is good exercise. They have water massage pools and a sauna. Baka lang too "masa" for your tastes.

Your dizziness might have something to do with the cocktail of antihistamines you are taking. Pagod at puyat ka pa siguro. Also maybe the smoking?

Facepalm noment kanina bago umuwi sa office.

NBA finals is here, pustahan galore nanaman mga adik sa pustahan samen.

Etong ka department ko na, batikan na mangungutang (yung lahat pwede utangan, financing, 5/6 name it!) kukuhaan and his friends na kagaya niya eh trying to put up a 50K pang pusta (cleveland sila pupusta BTW) may naghahanap na kasi na isang grupo na GSW naman with cash on hand na.

What I find ironic eh bakit sila pa yung ganun? Hindi nga making ends meet, lagi sila kapos financially. Utang pantapal din sa utang.

Kaya sila ganun bro. Never ending cycle. Feeling nila one day jajackpot sila sa pusta. Could happen, but they'll squander away their winnings just as quickly as they got them.

Hiritan mo rin ng, "kaya kayo kinakapos eh" if you're feeling extra snarky. 😈

Sakit na din siguro yan. You only have to look at how many casinos, Bingo Boutique, E-games and other Bingo branches are flourishing.

She's like my second mother, took care of me since I was a baby, no children kaya parang ako na anak niya. I'm very stressed out since her check up last Saturday, even my Mom who is very optimistic is worried as well. And that worries me more.

Bumalik na naman yung dizziness, shortness of breath and palpitation ko which I had late last year. 2 months ago my second mother was confined in the hospital, but back then I had "crush" to keep me sane and make me happy but now I don't have him anymore, my heart is shattered, dumagdag pa etong bagong problema When I hit rock bottom a few weeks ago I did not even want to wake up anymore, pero ngayon may nararamdaman ako sa katawan, ayoko naman mamatay. I guess it's human nature to fight for your life.

I tried to stop taking my cocktail but I would be up all night feeling so awful But yeah, I can't go on like this forever. My tolerance is increasing already. I don't really smoke everyday.

Reminiscing about Korea. Like the PH, I have vivid memories of the place. I looked up my old apartment right outside Yongsan Base near Itaewon. Half of the 4th floor was my apartment. The 2nd floor used to be a karaoke bar. Every midnight, I'd watch Korean juicy girls below board a van and leave. Pretty ones too. Now? the 2nd floor is a PC LAN gaming shop. The ground floor used to be a 7-11. Now? It's a restaurant.

There used to be an entrance to the public market behind the buildings. But, it was closed off. I loved eating Korean street food for lunch at the market. Every time I ate there, a group of Korean HS students would eat there too. They'd just crowd around like I'm one of the guys (or gals) with no concept of airspace. There would be Korean chatter all around me. I just smiled and pretended I knew what they were saying. They'd smile and laugh as I tried to use my chopsticks. Kinda hard when I was bunched up like a grasshopper because they were crowding a little too close.

I didn't like Friday nights though. Every Saturday morning, there would be a trail of puke and piss (leading right back to the base) where drunken GIs who had gone partying at Itaewon couldn't hold it any longer.

My sister regularly commutes to and from Taft, she doesn't mind except when she has late night classes or org work.

In fact she prefers commuting even if she can bring a car, because of the parking hassle.

Iniisip ko nalang lagi, milyong milyong pilipina nagcocommute araw araw. It doesn't have to be such a guarded affair.

Sars, dream, jut etc.

Kulang kulang, parang pag iisip mo
