I think overweight individuals should stop drinking coffee except if it's black. I'm beside a woman with a giant coffee flask.. And I heard she drinks it the whole day.

this is exactly what i notice in girls these days
they want a boy-friend (not boyfriend) and they want freedom parin
they'll get intimate with you
pero huwag ka ma-in-love
when you go mushy on them they'll run away
you don't own them
they don't belong to you
pero they want you to be loyal to them
hehe

If its a 1978 it should be faded na talaga. Don't know much about vintage pieces except keeping it original is best, faded dial and all.
If it is redialed or replaced with new parts that would devalue it.
Dials fade from UV and moisture exposure. Even the top brands will fade from use. Only way to keep it from deteriorating is to keep it in a safe.![]()
I'll post the pics later. I told him to join Philippine Watch Club. Ako na lang dawHis Dad has a 1950s Rolex that he had fixed ata. Do watches that old cost more? BTW I don't get what is so special about the seamaster. It looks ordinary. O wala lang talaga ako taste sa watch hahaha

Depends, most vintage watches will be worth less than modern counterparts unless it is a limited edition or a popular model that has few surviving examples. Condition will also play a big part in valuation. The better the condition the higher the value. Pateks and Rolexes are the ones that tend to hold their value or even appreciate in value over time.
This red Submariner from 1972 for example is valued at $15,000+ today, and had a retail price of around $380 when it came out in 1972.

Compared to a modern example today which retails for around $8,000+. What's so special about it? That red "submariner". That's how silly it is. But a lot of people buy into that, and they pay willingly and generously with their wallets.![]()
How much do casa / shops charge if you have them fix the alignment of your bumper?
Parang nawala sa clip kase kaya nagka gap

Here it is. It's in bad condition. I said he has to make sure that it's not fakeHe said his Dad does not buy fake naman daw hahaha. He wants to make it gold again e wala naman pumapayag sa lahat ng tinawagan niya kasi mahirap daw pag watch baka masira. Since you are into watches, sayo na lang ako magtanong at ayoko ng mag sign up pa sa PWC forum hehehe

Mukhang bagay na bagay sa profile mo bro lsb ☺
I've seen similar watches before but am not really sure that is authentic. If it is I think that is not a valued model because I don't see it talked about much in forums.
Tell him not to do anything to it. "Making it gold again" will ruin its value if it is authentic. He could also join a forum like Watchuseek to ask for help for authentication/identification.
I'm sure they would probably ask to see the (caliber) movement inside and the inside of the caseback to help identify it. Movement should be mostly copper colored.
Not the avatar. Actual profile. Landed, established rich guy who likes Mercedes Benz. ☺ Or have I made another horrible read like I did with jut.
That particular watch may be worth a few hundred USD. Metal working in that time period wasn't as good as it is today kasi. Limitation in manufacturing technology. That's why they look so crude compared to today's watches. Heck, a Seiko 5 looks much better. But in its time that was considered to be pretty well made.He does not even want to join Philippine Watch Club, he asked me to sign up insteadNobody wants to make it gold again anyway
I'm just surprised that watches that look that simple can be expensive.
