Why the older generation refuse to use uni*** restrooms? It's not shared. I don't get it. When I reserve a restaurant, I have to make sure that there is a separate restroom for men and women.

if you refer to male older generation, i dis-agree. when we have to go, we don't care where, as long as it is go-able (i.e., atmosphere conducive to going).
but if you refer to female older generation, then i agree and grieve with you. i hate it when the users aren't sharpshooters. it's a fact of life that some males have poor aim, snub nose instead of the easier-to-aim rifle, plain poor eyesignt, and simply pasaway.

add lang... mas madaling umihi sa unirals. walang na itong target shooting, I mean di na ito kailangan pang i-aim ni JR sa bowl kung bulls eye ba o hindi para lang di kumalat ang ihi sa bowl.

sa urinal nga ang proper way eh halos idikit mo dapat sarili mo di ba para walang spill sa sahig. kaso sa sobrang diriin ng mga pinoy ayaw dumikit at baka sa sobrang laki/haba eh matalsikan or worst dumikit sa urinal hehehe

Yes. Most women don't sit on public toilet so that's prone to sprinkle, most especially if she had a brazilian.

I have seen skidmarks and poop but it's rare. I also noticed that the pee of some women smell, minsan nga naduduwal pa ko, it's that bad. I make sure I drink a minimum of 2-3 litres of water so my pee is clear hehe

Usapan wee wee din lang naman. Yung mga urinal namin sa office, takte may tissue! Naawa ako sa facilities na naglilinis, at repair dahil nagbababara. Di ko lang matyempuhan kung sino nagawa at pagsasabihan ko talaga. "ano yan pepe at di pwedeng pagpagin lang?". Tsk may basurahan naman sa tabi lang, di pa magamit!

Madalas din akong nabubulaga na may sasalubong sayo na naka skirt or skinny jeans tapos long hair na umihi patayo! Minsan talaga napa atras ako para silipin yun sign sa door eh. Baka kako nasa female restroom ako o_O

Today the budget airline gave me a complementary meal. I was suprised lol. It had a marinated beef sandwich inside the box. Bread was italian which was somewhat heavy. Good for the 90min flight.

Ham or turkey sandwich all day with garlic mayo. With medium to hard cheese. Dill pickles or regular pickles on the side. Thin slice tomatoes

Rustans deli for all ingredients ��

Or zinger sandwich at kfc.

funny thing. i burned the midnight candle last night on how to burn belly fat.

diet takes 80%. the rest is crunches, lifting weights, and a little cardio.

70% of my routine is geared towards the midsection.

and don't quit. you never fail until you stop trying.

Yeah I workout almost everyday. Weights. Trx. Planks. Circuit on the different kinds of ab and core exercises. But I love eating. So much for my ambition for a visible six pack.
