    One of y favorite shows. Got me thinking about all the pre-war american antique objects my Dad got rid of when we moved. Some were old stuff from my Lolo's gas station & printing press which were mostly rust, but I just can't believe how much they are willing to pay for rust in that show

    I hate it when an update from MS ruins network access (both wired and WiFi) for my Win 8.1 laptop. Then, refreshing a bit rolled it back to Win 8 and took away the activation. Now it's asking for reactivation. I would just reactivate if the original problem was fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't.

    I decided to just F-it and restore the lappie to its factory state. Since I already have my desktop PC, no biggie although I'll have to reinstall Office 2013 Enterprise (plus a number of e-textbooks) and upgrade back to 8.1.

    Naging mahigpit sila ngayon sa qualification ng mga donors....

    I chatted up with a nurse at the hospital and it's the tests that they do to the blood that make it so expensive pala.

    BTT: Why is everyone at work so busy I seem to be the only person today with moderate workload

    Both my brother in law and eldest daughter can now drive around town. It still gets harrowing every now and then. But, at least they can drive around town.

    Damn kid. When I was her age, I couldn't wait to have my own job, my own pad, my own schedule.

    Not her. She's quite happy to be a moocher. It's (her) mom's fault.

    I have a lady friend who drove miserably here in Metro Manila (manual)... Vehicular accidents of all sorts left and right...

    But, is now driving okay in LA (automatic)... Yup, other than the driving feature,- it is the lane(and of course driver) discipline in the US that make/s all the difference.....
