    Although hindi ako si Uls, I'd advice you preterm your loans (which may have a higher interest rate compared to now) then take a new loan to buy a new property (kahit lot lang) if an opportunity presents itself. Expand your asset base. If you don't need a car now, huwag muna.

    No its not a night shift or night duty... its a consultancy job..so I cant enjoy my 5week work and 5 weeks vacation anymore

    i wouldnt get a new car. you're already paying for a car

    i'd put it in something that would generate income --- pandagdag income pambayad ng obligations

    capital preservation ang default setting ko eh

    If you have an emergency fund (3x-6x of your monthly earnings) already, then paying your loans is the best thing to do. If not, then set aside for an E.F.

    Use your advantage of being a tenant of E-com center. Ako dito sa 2nd floor although mejo magiging madugo ang presyo pag natagalan. Safe naman auto sa mga jejemons.
