i think i saw that din we actually had it estimated... mga 140k daw for both horizontal opening gates... o kabuhayan na kaya yun para lang magopen ang gate... hehehehe!

A year ago I had this plan for a Minibar + LCD where I can watch while enjoying a cold beer. I'll set up this bar near the garage para kita ko rin car habang hawak ang malamig na beer. SAbay sawsaw si Misis, sayaw daw siya on top of the minibar and I'll be shouting "Take it out! Take it out"........nasira plano ko, sabi ko wag na lang.

I can just imagine the noise when he takes off or lands his plane, which at the very least could provide some discomfort of excessive noise towards people still inside the house.
