433MHz Wireless Car Remote (self cloning) from shopee - surprisingly worked well for my Hyundai Accent remote. the thin one was just 75 pesos and the other one was 150 pesos. i believe there are other frequencies available on shopee.

i asked one of the key duplication kiosks in the mall (megamall basement near ACE) if they can determine the frequency of my transmitter - they had a device for it and it took less than 10secs

to duplicate, the Shopee remote came with instructions, plus there's youtube:
