Difficult to read the brand
Hard to say what product you are selling
Need more object in the middle of the rays to fill up the space a bit more.
Make the P120 a bit more simple. Simple font if possible.

okay po bang ilagay sa upper left corner ang brand name ng donuts tapos iyong price ilagay sa right corner(lugar ng box).. di po ba puwedeng i-retain ang background na yellow ng original poster?...para may association na sa unang poster .... ang ganda ng colors ng donuts...kakagutom

as my opinion lang po. malaki ang space sa gitna, put some icons, drawing, or images, and also put some text para mabuo ang body. plus, separate the company name (comp name nga ba? "hoppies") put something more "landi" ika nga para mabili ang dozen kesa sa per pcs. just only a opinion.

this better 'but' there's a box on the right corner, pedeng text a wrap outside the donut, para image type.

2 cents ko lang po..
- take the box away from the corner.. try another angle of the box (maybe diagonal), put it on the background.
- lose the shadows on the the donut. try to blend it better
- put the hoops or hoopies sign instead on the lower right hand corner. hopefully bigger cause someone who has bad eyes might go to dunkin or go nuts instead. hehe.
