i know sir. i'm just making a retort from the "were more popular than jesus" thing.
the simon and garfunkel song is also from one of my fave movie.... "the graduate".
because i like george much more than the other "quarrymen" members, i was suppose to name my daughter "haight-ashbury" in memory of the quiet-one. but my mom opposed cause it gives some negative sound and connotation daw?
i also like pete best
and the legendary stu sutcliffe.
have you seen "backbeat"?
and yung film ni steven spielberg na "i want to hold your hand" about some obsessed beatle freaks. funny!Last edited by holdencaulfield; March 29th, 2013 at 03:09 AM.

My brother was into CB back in the 80s and I still know his callsign. That was how I learned the military alphabet. I could still remember their jargons:
Monggo and Bayo bayo (referring to the setup ata)
RK - Rich Kid
Q5 - guapo/maganda
EB - eyeball
I guess it was a nice avenue for teenagers in building their network in the 80s. What is ugly nga ba? Pero for a kid, pansin ko parang walang pangit masyadoLast edited by _Cathy_; March 29th, 2013 at 03:06 AM.
