    IMO the MMDA urinals just serve as an excuse for BF to receive more fund$. They're not necessary, and they just allow the pee-anywhere mentality to grow. I wouldn't even think of using it once. Parang kulugo kung san san, nangangamoy and it makes our surroundings look (and smell) really bad (of all the colors, pink and light blue???)...

    If you really need to go, you will find a way.
