Yes vehicular accidents or those involving suicide via jumping in height dapat check mo muna visually if may broken bones specific in the area of the spine. Kaya nga sa road accident usually makikita mo may neck brace munang ilalagay as precaution before any attempt to free the victim.

Pero sa open wound, medyo basic ang first aid for those people not to have done anything.

what's the worse that could happen to them now? siguro ma-lecture lang kung ano gagawin pag may ganyan incident uli

eh pag ginalaw nila baka nademanda pa sila dahil namatay yung tao

it's easy to criticize AFTER things happen

    hindsight is 20/20

pero when you're there seeing those people laying on the ground, what will do?

    tutulungan mo ba agad?

di mo ba iisipin "hey, gunshots... crime scene yan... di ko pwede galawin yan... call the authorities nalang"

If there are people helping already... maybe not. But if no one else is there...

I've climbed up on top of buildings to help firemen. I got a few whacks (and ten stitches) to the head because I didn't run away from a fight when a friend was on the ground and we were outnumbered.I helped strap a patient down in the ER one time when I walked in during the graveyard shift and the only personnel there were interns too timid to get their hands on a "biter" squirting blood from a cut jugular with his intestines hanging out. Less importantly, but more enjoyable, I once carried a female classmate who'd stepped on a sea urchin a hundred meters over sharp coral back to beach ( ). Maybe over the years, I've gotten more cautious, because now I have a family, but there are some things that you don't just let slide. And a dying person is one of them.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    i understand

there are things your conscience will not let you walk past

just figuring out the thinking process of those who witnessed the dying boy

they didnt do anything coz they're either apathetic or are in self-preservation mode

there's lack of empathy in our society

pero murder suicide eto eh. i don't think guards were taught how to respond to something like that

they didn't know if they can move the dead&dying or not

to be on the safe side, they didnt
