AFAIK, some members of the TMG were charged criminally, but pending the final resolution of their case, they still remain in active service.

With all due respect to the victims' families, parang guilty naman talaga yung mga kaanak nila eh. May mga adverse reports din naman kasi about them. Opinyon ko lang po ito. Although guilty rin talaga yung mga pulis ng overkill.

AFAIR, there's still no law against killing dead people so the concept "overkill" will remain as it is.

^^^ You took my use of the word "guilty" literally.

At any rate, who's to say that the victims were actually dead, when the cops pumped a few extra bullets into their bodies? Kitang-kita sa video na may reaction pa yung body ng isang "carnapper" nung binaril siya. Which may, or may not, be possible if the victim was really dead. But then again, I may have watched too many legal dramas, hehehe.
